OVERVIEW
Control fitting for continuous flow regulation.

MATERIAL
Body, bonnet and wedge are made of grey cast iron 2425 /GG-25/. Stem is made of stainless steel. Seats are made of brass or stainless steel. Packings, made of brass or stainless steel, are molded into body and wedge. Stem is sealed by gland packing.

APPLICATION
In the basic design, shut-off element for water, steam and upon special request also for other non-aggressive liquids, steam and gases, at maximum permitted working pressure 1.6 MPa to 120 °C, and 1.3 MPa to 150 °C.
Not suitable for regulation.

GATE VALVE FOR WATER SUPPLY S 24 118 616/610

OVERVIEW
Valve stem is tightly connected to the handwheel by a square. In the gate chamber, there is a nut (stationary, contrary to stem), which bears the wedge, when pivoting stem. Feeders in the gate body define linear motion of the wedge. Stem is fitted with a collar that defines its position opposite the bonnet and body. Stem is in the gate bonnet sealed with a O-ring. In this type of gate valve, it is impossible to identify by look, whether it is open or closed.

MATERIAL
Body, wedge and bonnet are made of grey cast iron, stem is made of stainless steel. Sealing areas of seats (body, wedge) are made of cast iron.

APPLICATION
For drinking and service water. The gate valve is not suitable for regulation.

YOKE GATE VALVE WITH GUIDE S 30 111 516/016

OVERVIEW
Valve yoke is firmly attached to a handwheel by a square. It guides stem with the stem nut. The nut rotates together with handwheel, extending and inserting the stem that does not rotate. Stem drifts solid wedge and is sealed by a gland packing in the yoke. Feeders in the gate body define linear motion of the wedge. If the gate valve is actuated by a servo motor, we recommend so-called precise valve pin guiding (guiding feeders are machined). Stem extracted over handwheel indicates OPEN position.

S30 111-516 – Body, wedge and yoke cover are made of carbon steel, spindle is made of stainless steel. Sealing areas of seats (body/wedge) are welded by a stainless steel electrode. S30 111-016 – Body, wedge, yoke cover and spindle are made of stainless steel. Sealing areas of seats are made of base material.

APPLICATION
Model S30 111-516 for water and steam, upon special request also for other non-aggressive media. Model S30 111-016 for chemically aggressive media, acids and lyes (their usage is limited by medium type, temperature and concentration). At the pressure higher than 1 MPa, the gate valve in the DN200 and DN250 sizes may be fitted with a by-pass. The gate valve is not suitable for regulation.

The gate valve is not suitable for regulation.
