Check valve

Overview
Check valve automatically prevents backflow of the medium. Check valve is not a shut-off fitting. Sealing areas of seats are made of base material.

Material
Body, flap, bonnet and hinge are made of stainless steel for cast material. Disc and shaft are made of stainless steel. Seating areas in the body and flap are made of basic material.

Application
For chemically aggressive media, acids, lyes.

Body, cover and disc are made of carbon cast steel 42 2643.1. Hinge pin is made of stainless steel. Seating areas are welded with stainless steel.

Non-aggressive media, water.

Body and cover are made of grey cast iron, flap disc of malleable cast iron or brass. Disc seats are made of brass or rubber. Body seats are made of brass, hinge pin of stainless steel. Seat ring is made of non-asbestos material and disc bearings are made of brass.
