About the Programme
HENRON, s.r.o. supports the professional education of young people and creates opportunities to gain practical experience directly in a real working environment.
In cooperation with Obchodná akadémia – Kereskedelmi Akadémia, K. Mikszátha 1, 979 80 Rimavská Sobota, we provide practical training within the dual education system for students of the Business Academy study programme.
Our goal is to connect theoretical education with real-world practice and prepare students for successful careers in professional life.
Study Organisation
Practical training takes place at the HENRON, s.r.o. premises, Ožďany, Babin most 736, 980 11 Ožďany, in a real working environment.
During practical training, students become familiar with the functioning of the company and gradually gain practical experience, particularly in the following areas:
- administrative tasks and office processes,
- economic and commercial activities,
- document management and corporate administration,
- data recording and processing,
- working with information systems and office software,
- communication with customers and suppliers,
- invoicing and basic accounting-related processes,
- warehouse and ordering processes,
- support for the company's commercial and economic activities.
Practical train
Focus of Professional Education
HENRON currently provides practical training mainly in the areas of economics, administration, business and corporate processes.
In view of the company's professional focus and further development, we plan to expand our cooperation with secondary vocational schools in the future to include technical and engineering fields.
As part of the future technical focus, we would like to enable students to gain practical experience particularly in the following areas:
- mechanical engineering and technical documentation,
- maintenance and servicing of industrial equipment,
- pumps and rotating equipment,
- machining and CNC technologies,
- assembly and disassembly of mechanical assemblies,
- diagnostics and repair of industrial equipment,
- measurement, inspection and technical preparation,
- occupational safety and work procedures in an industrial environment.
HENRON's long-term goal is to create a comprehensive practical training workplace that connects education in economics, business and administration with technical and engineering education.

In the case of future expansion of the technical focus, also in the following areas:
- mechanical engineering

Successful graduates who demonstrate good work performance, responsibility, independence and an interest in further cooperation during their studies may be offered employment opportunities at HENRON after completing their studies, depending on the company's current needs.
Material and Financial Support for Students
As part of practical training, HENRON provides students with:
- a contribution towards travel expenses
- a contribution towards meals
- the necessary work and administrative equipment
- computer equipment required for practical training
Applicant Selection Criteria
When selecting applicants, HENRON primarily takes into account:
- academic results
- interest in the field of study and practical education
- communication skills and responsibility
- independence
- ability to work with computers
- motivation to work in a real corporate environment.
The selection process may include a personal interview.
