OVERVIEW
The hand-operated valve is yoke type. Flange connection. The closure plug sits in rolled-in body seat. The plug is pivotally connected to the stem. The stem is sealed into the wedge by gland packing.

MATERIAL
Body, wedge and packing bonnet are made of grey cast iron. Stem and seat are made of stainless steel. Plug is made of stainless steel, or carbon steel with sealing areas welded with a stainless steel electrode.

APPLICATION
Media are water, steam, non-aggressive fluids. Valves are used for shutoff or discharge.

OVERVIEW
The valve is yoke type. The closure plug sits in rolled-in body seat. The plug is pivotally connected to the stem. The stem is sealed into the yoke by gland packing. In DN15 – 100 valves the flow direction of the medium is from under the plug. In DN125 – 200 valves the flow direction is from above the plug with internal by-pass, which ensures formation of needed pressure drop.

MATERIAL
Bonnet and yoke are made of carbon steel, seal cover of malleable cast iron. Plug is made of stainless steel, or carbon steel with welded sealing areas with a stainless steel electrode.

APPLICATION
Media are water, steam, non-aggressive liquids and air. The valve can be used as shut-off or relieving element, not suitable for flow regulation.

OVERVIEW
DN50 valve is without by-pass with flow direction from under the plug. DN65 valve is without by-pass with flow direction from above the plug.

MATERIAL
For temperatures to 400 °C bonnet and cap are made of carbon cast steel, for temperatures over 400 °C are of alloyed cast steel. Spindle is made of stainless steel, plug and nuts are made of carbon steel for temperatures to 400 °C, of stainless steel for temperatures over 400 °C.

APPLICATION
The valve is used as a shut-off or relieving element, not suitable for flow regulation.

Body and bonnet are made of grey cast iron. For DN 25, plug is made of stainless steel, higher DN is of grey cast iron with rolled-in packing from stainless steel.

APPLICATION
For preventing backflow of water and steam, upon special request also for other non-aggressive media. Check valve is not shut-off fitting, therefore in case of needed tightness, it is necessary to put also another shut-off element into pipe system.
